Note: A valid passport is required prior to the start of the Gap Year. Your passport must not expire within six months of the trip’s start date.

Summer Staff Leadership

The Gap Year Program concludes with students stepping into leadership as part of The Woods’ Summer Staff. Whether serving as a counselor, leading high ropes, directing the waterfront, or guiding teams of peers, they’ll finish the year not just as learners but as leaders. This experience allows them to put into practice their growth from the past year and grow in leadership first hand.
