Drop off: 7-8p on Friday.

Pickup: 11a on Sunday.

Your campers will stay in cabins with 6-9 other campers and 1-2 adult leaders. Our cabins have plenty of space for everyone. Bathrooms are within walking distance.

Your kids will eat well! We provide family-style meals from the time they arrive until they leave.

If you must cancel, we must receive a written request by email at info@thewoodscamp.org or by mail. Refunds are given based on when we receive your cancellation.

More than 7 days before the first day of camp, full refund except $75 deposit.

Less than 7 days before the first day of your camp, no refund can be given.

Medical cancellations: If we receive a doctor’s written verification prior to the start of camp, you will receive a full refund.

Bedding - pillow, sleeping bag or linens (twin size sheets and blanket(s))

Warm Clothing - shirts, pants, jeans, pajamas, underwear, socks

Winter Gear - coats, gloves, hats, snow gear

Boots

Shoes for the gym

Toiletries - soap, shampoo, hairbrush, toothbrush and toothpaste

Towels

Hand Sanitizer

Bible, Pencil, Notebook

Spending money for Canteen (optional)

Flashlight

Optional - bag for toiletries, laundry bag

Optional - Swimsuit (for our annual polar plunge)
